In 2006, the League of Women Voters Education Fund launched VOTE411, a “one-stop-shop” for election-related information. Today, VOTE411provides both general and state-specific nonpartisan resources to the voting public, including a nationwide polling place locator, a ballot look-up tool, candidate positions on issues, and more.   In 2020 more than 6 million people  nationally  found nonpartisan voting resources on VOTE411, including 2.2 million Spanish speakers.  The North Carolina League of Women Voters actively promotes the use of VOTE411 in the community through a variety of advertising media.  VOTE411 received a Webby Award in 2020 and a Webby Nomination in 2024 in recognition of excellence.
