between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.

League of Women Voters Office
Educating League and community members and advocating for public education at local and Statewide levels. The Action Team seeks to keep public education issues in front of local government leaders and State legislators. We meet on the first Wednesday of each month. New members are always welcome.
Mecklenburg County Board of Elections Parking Lot
Join with other League members for a street cleanup near the Mecklenburg County Board of Elections. The League helps maintain the cleanliness of the streets from the Board of Elections building, across Kenilworth to Pearl Park Way, over to Harding Place, Romany, and back to the back entrance to the Board of Elections. The walk takes less than two hours. Gloves, grabbers, safety vests and trash bags will be provided. Bring your sunscreen, a sun hat, and some water for the walk.
